Spring Workouts
All Players and Families,
Coach Davis will be running 90 minute workouts twice a week at Klein High School starting March 12th at 5:30PM. We will meet every Wednesday (5:30-7:00 PM) and Sunday (3:00-4:30PM) through the spring and summer months. The early sessions will focus mainly on conditioning. We will train like track athletes in the spring. Grass drills, stair work, some cross-country running (football players love these workouts). In the summer we will transition into more football related skills.
